Pera Play does not charge additional fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees — please check with them directly.
Deposits must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Funding your Pera Play account using third-party payment sources is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions under these Pera Play terms and conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
- Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever possible.

- Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days.
Pera Play reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal while a security or fraud investigation is ongoing. We will communicate any such delays to you as promptly as possible.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Pera Play offers a range of promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and special event offers — to make your experience more sulit. However, all bonuses come with specific terms that you must follow:
- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must bet the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount — the stated number of times before withdrawing.
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while some table games or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's individual T&C.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonuses after the deadline are automatically forfeited.
- One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus per account at any given time. Combining multiple promotions is not allowed unless explicitly stated.
- Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
7. Betting Rules

- All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
- In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game or bet placement, Pera Play reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
- Pera Play may impose maximum bet limits per event, market, or player account. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion.
- Obvious errors in odds (e.g., significantly mispriced lines) may be corrected and affected bets voided, regardless of whether the bet was already accepted.
- Bets placed using stolen funds, fraudulent payment methods, or in bad faith will be voided and reported to the appropriate authorities.

- Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information not available to the public.
